LE MYSTÈRE PÉTILLANT

Le Mystère Pétillant is our “pétnat”, which means "naturally sparkling”. This is a short for pétillant naturel. This wine is picked by hand and then pressed to stainless steel tank where it ferments with natural yeasts. Before the end of fermentation, the wine is cooled down and then bottled by hand without fining or filtering. After it warms up again in the bottles, the fermentation creates naturally bubbles to this wine.

The pétnat is a very refreshing and cheerful wine with aromas of citrus fruit and crisp apple notes. It’s like a fresh Sauvignon Blanc Cider!

Le Mystère Pétillant is a perfect wine for apéro, picnics and brunches! At its best when served chilled and kept straight up (to keep the lees on the bottom).
